I received
an error during backup: Could not complete operation on some files and
directories. This usually indicates there is a locked
temporary office file, and it usually has a long, strange name. Perform
a search on your computer for any files with any of the following
extensions .asd, .asf, .xar, or any files with a ~ in it. If you see any
there, delete them. They are locked temporary files. Then try backing up
again. You may need to make sure the option for finding files and
folders is enabled during your search.

many settings and preferences inside the Office Suite of applications,
this site would be hard-pressed to list them all. Even the most advanced

existed.
Quick Access Toolbars, Dictionaries, custom ones too,

Window Positioning Preferences, Templates, Signatures, AddIns, Add In
